Flipper Bathroom Tub and Tile Surround Refinish Done Right

A contractor brought us in on a flip to handle the bathroom - specifically this tub and full tile surround that was original to the home. We're talking a dated sage green setup that had seen better days. The kind of thing that would stop a buyer cold the moment they walked in.

So we did what we do. Full prep, bonding agent, primer, and top coat on both the tub and the tile surround. Every step in that sequence matters. Skip the bonding stage and the finish won't hold. Rush the primer and you'll see adhesion issues down the line. We don't cut corners on the process - that's what separates a finish that lasts from one that peels.

What you end up with is a bright, glossy white surface that looks clean and sharp. The whole thing was done in about 3 hours. That's the thing people don't always realize about tub refinishing - when it's done properly, it's fast and the results are hard to argue with.
